This tool processes your file in your browser. Your file is not uploaded.

Up to 25.0 MB and 200 pages per task.

How it works

  1. Choose a PDF.
  2. Add text, or draw, type, or upload a signature, and place it on the page.
  3. Save the signed copy.

Good to know

  • Your signature is a picture placed on the page. It isn’t a digital (cryptographic) signature and doesn’t verify who signed.
  • Added text sits on top of the page. It doesn’t edit the PDF’s existing text or fill in its form fields.
  • Text supports Latin letters, numbers, and common symbols for now.
  • Your signature is never saved — it’s gone when you close the page.
  • If a PDF has a digital signature, you’ll be warned first: changing the file may invalidate that signature.
  • PDFs that use XFA forms can’t be changed. SealionPDF stops instead of risking a broken form.

Questions

Is this legally binding?
SealionPDF makes no claim about legal validity. Whether a visual signature is accepted depends on who you send it to and where you are.
