Preview notice — this describes how SealionPDF works today. It hasn’t had its final legal review yet, and it will be updated with full operator and contact details before full launch.
Your files
The PDF tools process your files in your browser, on your device. The files, their names, their contents, passwords you type, and signatures you draw are not uploaded to SealionPDF and are not stored. They exist only in the open browser tab and are cleared when you close or reload it, or select Start over.
No accounts, no tracking
- There is no account or sign-up, and SealionPDF doesn’t ask for your age, name, or identity.
- SealionPDF sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or session-recording tools.
- If you switch between light and dark mode, that one choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. Nothing else is stored.
- The file workspace runs on a separate address (app.sealionpdf.com) that has no advertising.
What our hosting provider sees
The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical request information — such as your IP address, the page requested, and your browser type — to deliver pages and protect the service. This never includes your files, because they are never sent.
Optional measurement
SealionPDF currently collects no usage measurement at all. If optional, opt-in diagnostics are ever added, they will be off by default, never include document information, and this page will be updated first.
Children
SealionPDF is a general-purpose tool. It doesn’t collect personal information from anyone using the tools, including children.
Who runs SealionPDF
SealionPDF is the service name. The legal operator, contact addresses for privacy requests, and the applicable rights and complaint procedures will be published here before full launch.
