How it works

  1. Choose a PDF.
  2. Reorder, duplicate, or delete pages with the buttons, keyboard, or drag.
  3. Save the new PDF.

Good to know

  • Undo and redo work for every change (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z).
  • A PDF needs at least one page, so the last page can’t be deleted.
  • PDFs with form fields or embedded attachments can’t be reorganized yet.
  • Password-protected PDFs can be unlocked to check them, but they can’t be changed yet — SealionPDF won’t remove or weaken their protection.

Do I need to drag pages?
No. Every page has buttons to move it earlier or later, duplicate it, or delete it.
